OTIX Passcode Erase clears the screen passcode on A12 and A13 iPhone and iPad through DFU mode, with all iOS versions supported. As an erase service it wipes the device so it can be set up fresh without the old passcode. It does not remove Apple's Activation Lock or an Apple ID — if the device shows an iCloud Activation Lock, this is not the right service.
Before you order
- Confirm the device is A12 or A13 (iPhone XR / XS / XS Max / SE 2 / 11 series, or an A12 / A13 iPad).
- Understand this erases the device to clear the passcode — back up first if you can.
- Be able to put the device into DFU mode.
- Order only for a device you own or are authorised to service.

No. This is an erase service — it wipes the device to clear the passcode, so the existing data is not kept.
